The overall experience was great except a staff member with the first name Adrianna, was very rude, was not professional in any way towards myself and I noticed that she acted the same way to other individuals.

NextCare Urgent Care, Menaul - 5504 Menaul Blvd NE, Albuquerque
The provider that saw me was completely incompetent and did not even test for anything. I was coughing severely, very congested and had a hard time talking due to the irritation in my throat. I received two antibiotics and no testing was completed. The staff was amazing but during my check up I was misdiagnosed and had to go to another urgent care two days later and was thoroughly checked and was diagnosed with Flu and had developed bronchitis.  This could have been caught by the provider at NextCare, but wasn’t. Would not recommend this clinic at all.

I’ve work ICU, ER and General Surgery. I can honestly say the exam I received yesterday was not only the fastest half assed exam but left me scratching my head wondering why the PA was leaning more towards UTI. At first I thought the UA was to check protein levels to r/o renal hypertension. But when she started ignoring other symptoms like rushing sound in my ears and groin, and redirected to UTI I gave up because it was apparent that closing up for the night was more important than listening to the patient. Will never use the location again.

Have bronchitis that morphed into pneumonia. I was sent to ER for additional testing and now I will be in the hospital 2-3 days to get iv help I need to recover. Another urgent care in Albuquerque dismissed me and prescribed cough pearls which did nothing. Nextcare listened and gave me the help I needed.

My daughter has had a horrendous cough, we went to another facility who said she had barking cough… After 3 days of taking the prescribed meds, she was only getting worse. I made an appointment with nextcare and was able to get her in same morning-she ended up getting diagnosed with bronchitis and the flu… I’m so happy we have Nextcare! Thank you for once again helping my baby!

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
