It was awful. My tonsil feels like it is going to fall out. And I am whincing everytime I swallo, and the dr. Said to come back in 7. Days. This cold is not going away on its own. I have been sick for over a week. But when he asked when “these” symptoms started, I thought he meant the unbearable swallowing, so I said the day before yesterday. Now Sunday. Is when the unbearable swapping started. He said to come back in 7 days if it gets worse. I realized he didn’t know what I meant and stopped him and said the swalling  is already unbearable  that is why I’m here. He suggest to send me home with lidocaine. I said yea because that sounds familiar but I don’t remember what it was and it was the only help he offered. Then I was told they didn’t have any…. Which by then I realized  ir was to numb pain. I don’t need that. I need something to help me get over this cold.  The dr. Never came back to say that to me. He only offered me that to get out of the room even though I’m sure he knew you were out of the supply of that, because the way he offered.  What a terrible experience.   I can’t even swallo now.

Very easy, next day appointment. I would like to be able to talk about at least 2 issues. I was seen on Saturday and had to come back on Monday.

The first person i spoke to to get checked in was somewhat rude in the sense that it seemed like she didn’t believe me. however when it was time to be seen by the dr and finish check in, the medical assistant was amazing in that process. the medical assistant with the brown hair is great. the dr was amazing as well and made me feel heard.

Easy getting an appointment, wait time was minimal, staff very friendly and helpful. Overall a great visit. And there was after visit follow up call to see how I was feeling. Much appreciated.

Staff was great and very empathetic to the pain I was in. They explained the treatment options well.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. Requested support for two issues, and they heard and documented it.  I told the front desk and the check-in nurse about the two issues, but the doctor only addressed one issue.   The time they allotted for support was very short for an 8 Am check-in.  I assume 30 min but doctor time was around 10 min or less I’m going on an international trip in 7 days and wanted to ensure my primary illness was addressed.  I asked questions, and the doctor said, “You have three minutes.”   I didn't get all my questions addressed and had to ask the nurse, who felt it was important and asked.   I don't know why they ignored my other issue when I addressed it twice to two staff.  I will still go back and use their services.

Had an inflamed left foot and was looked at by the doctor in a very reasonable amount of time.

I had a fall and thought I may have broken my wrist. Although I wasn’t able to get an appointment immediately, I arrived there early and they were able to see me before my scheduled time. The staff were great! They were friendly caring and professional. I am so grateful for the good care that I received! I would definitely recommend this  provider.
