The easiest doctor visit ever!!! Very clean facility, great staff members.

All staff were efficient, effective, and friendly/ professional.

Solv doesn’t make an actual appointment.  1 1/2 hour wait

LaToya, the PA and the front desk staff were all really great in taking care of my daughter for a fracture!  I would absolutely recommend going there if you have an urgent need.

I went for obyn issue. They were great. They did a exam and test. All good. They were their to assure me that I'm ok and had nothing to worry about. They were very professional

Easy to schedule, they had a same day appt and I was able to book right at 9 am, staff and PA were SO nice, PA was informative and friendly, with great bedside manner and advice. My only opportunity area for this Urgent Care would be to reduce the wait time. It took 40 minutes before I even saw the PA from when I arrived with the 9 am appt. And all together I was there 1 hour and 30 minutes. PA was new and learning the ropes and computer systems, but this waiting time (with an appt) should look to be shortened in the future.

Our experience was awesome. Wait time was 5 mins. Staff was courteous and very friendly.

The nurse and Tim were professional and friendly. I was impressed how quickly we were seen too.

Myself and my son waited 3hrs, sick, no triage or even asked "are you ok". Felt like a number more than a sick patient. Felt like I was just there to give money to the establishment Staff was friendly though I will try not to come again unless it's an extreme emergency

This was my first time there,I was very impressed. Everyone was so professional and kind. The building is really nice,excellent waiting room.

My son woke up with a bad cough and his pediatrician couldn’t see him for 3 days. Typically my son is afraid of doctors, but the provider today was AMAZING. He made the exam fun for my son and made this our most positive doctor experience. I would definitely recommend him to anyone with little ones.

Our family was stressed about the need to be tested for COVID-19 and from the time we walked into PM Pediatrics we knew we were in great hands. Highly recommended!

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
