From calling to scheduling an appointment everything went very good, entire staff was very polite and caring.

Had an inflamed left foot and was looked at by the doctor in a very reasonable amount of time.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. Staff did not seem to care at all about resolving my issue.  Issue Sore throat for 2 weeks cant even sleep some nights because of the pain. they did a quick 10-15 minute step throat test and the quick one came back negative.  Asked what I wanted to do next.  I don’t know is a 97% accurate test the only thing that can be done?  That means for  every 100 patients three will be 3 diagnosed negative for strep throat when they have it.  I told them do the culture.  They kept asking me what I wanted to do.  I don’t know. I’m not the doctor.  I didn’t  know I was running the clinic. Scheduling was easy. Caring about trying to fix my issue was non existent.   Dr. didn’t even look in my throat until  to the very end when I asked her to. I’d think that is step one when I showed up is to actually see if they could see an issue.  Very lazy care. Front desk lady was awesome.
