I wanted longer than I have ever had to before at this location. It was about an hour or more from when I checked in until I saw the nurse practitioner. It didn't seem that busy. I don't know why but took so long. I care I received was excellent.

Could not walk due to a lower back issue. Was taken care of immediately    Assessed immediately. Staff extremely accommodating and extremely considerate. Assessed issued scripts and instructions. I would gladly recommend them

Woke up very sick. Called but no openings. Had to book an appointment and wait the next day to be seen. Doctors and their assistants very attentive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend been seen here for more than 8 years.

I didn’t make an appointment in advanced but just walked in & the staff took me in right away, was able to help me with my issue, gave me the proper medications and were super friendly. 10/10 recommended

The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

I have visited Carbon health Several times and always find them very professionals - staff is pleasant and reactive / listen and always ask questions about issues relevant to my illness !

Was recommended here by my daughters school to obtain a sports physical to get cleared to play softball for her school team first and foremost I’d like to commend the staff as a whole because they were very attentive to us and informative and also , very helpful Second, I’d like to say That the cleanliness of the clinics office was outstanding very organized and spotless last but not least I was only here to get my daughters sports physical papers filled out, but I’m actually considering changing I myself and my Daughters primary care physician to this clinic because of how much I enjoyed my experience with the staff and doctor we came in as a walk in appointment and I signed in filled out a few medical information forms and we were called back and seen immediately literally in and out no wait time at all I’m not exactly 100% positive if it’s always like because we did come at the end of the day but I was very pleased to be seen so quickly I appreciate when I don’t have to be waiting around for hours because time is of the essence and I very much dislike when my time is wasted waiting around all day for something that literally takes 10-15 minutes to complete and I also would like to say I would recommend this location to family and friends in the future if they were to ask me for a recommendation to a good family care provider 10 out of 10 I highly recommend I look forward to becoming a future patient thank you

Had a swollen painful knee from repetitive motion at work and was sent to have it checked out. I was seen within a few minutes and xrayed. Everyone ( X-ray tech, receptionist and nurse practitioner) very pleasant

I went to urgent care was have pain on my shoulder blade and was having a hard time taking deep breath. But all I can say is the nurses in the back were outstanding. Listen to what was going on. I did not have to wait a long time. The doctor or Lpn Elizabeth was so nice to me care and helped me out. Lady at front desk was stern otherwise a good experience

Where is my test results at it been days now  I have not received my stuff yet and I been waiting

Walked in without an appointment so I can’t complain too much about the wait (about two hours). Desk employees, nurse, and NP were all very nice and had no issue answering all my questions. I would return.

Being a RN for 50 years I must say the Immediate Care office at Wick Plaza in Edison is outstanding! From the friendly & courteous front staff to the excellent care of Dr Christine Ibrahim. It’s so wonderful how Dr Ibrahim is so knowledgeable & caring. This is rare these days. In the recent past I’ve had doctors who are more concerned with the computer than the patient. I must say Dr Ibrahim is an asset to your corporation. I’ve worked in ICU & ran 2 huge practices in my experience. Dr. Ibrahim would definitely be a must hire in my opinion. Thank you for hiring suck a kind & competent Doctor!!!
