Upon visiting the office (non-emergency it could wait item) I was told to schedule an appointment online, which I did. Arriving for the appointment I still waited about 30 minutes. There were some other patients but it didn't seem to be a huge number. The care item was successfully completed. All staff members were professional yet courteous in performing there duties. The nurse was friendly but not at all gentle in swabbing my nose for the pcr test. I let her know how much she was hurting me and I know it could have been done to the same effect a lot more gently. She also told me it would take 2-3 days to get pcr results. I was led to believe otherwise from your web site and the doctor who was very friendly came in after and said we should have it probably 24 hours.
