I came in to check on shoulder and extremity pain. The facility had no x ray and doctor didn’t even examine the affected area. He said he would do a referral to an ortho but they didn’t even list options of who to call.  I had to google for an orthopedic doctor which I could’ve done without the 50 dollar co pay. Ain’t coming back.

I called the office and was able to schedule an appointment immediately. Once I arrived, there was no wait time and I was brought back to a room within 10 minutes. I saw a nurse practitioner named Kelly. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. She listened to all my concerns, and diagnosed me. I truly appreciated her bedside manner and will absolutely be back if I need any more medical services in the future.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

Dr was kind & friendly. Building itself seems rather rundown.
