Being 20 mins early for my appointment but not seeing the dr until 68 mins after appointment time was not great. Last time 3 people were booked for same time with same provider, too. Why is more than one patient scheduled for same time? On time patients shouldn’t be waiting longer due to this office or website error.

If you find that you need an urgent care center, this place is open on Sundays. I immediately made an appointment this morning, feb 18, 2024. I had to work today, was about 20 minutes late for my appt, and they were so pleasant when I arrived. I thought I had an ear infection; turns out I had a massive amount of ear wax in my left ear. Sarah and Jessica were very friendly and personable. Doctor Courtney was also very thorough. I'll be picking up my prescription at Walgreens tomorrow. Sarah was gentle and she removed so much wax from my ear. What a blessing to have this urgent care center near my job. I highly reccomend this amazing urgent care center.❤🙏

Had a sharp pain that came suddenly. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. The staff is great and everyone was very caring and knowledgeable. Used them before and will go there again. Definitely recommend.

I was pleased that I could get an appointment the same day. Staff were friendly and compassionate Given medication to help with my pain at my visit. I would have like to have more explanation of my medication and my diagnosis. I had a hard time finding the place. Had to ask couple of people where it was located. Booked online . I haven’t seen my bill yet, so don’t know the cost. Checkin was very easy. Only 1 sheet of paper, to fill out. Did not ask about present medication, allergies or history, which I was surprised about. Had a very painful and infected cyst on my back, the ladies up front were amazing and the doctor took very good care of me. I will definitely go back for any medical needs
