When I visited as an actual Covid patient some time back, it was a different story. Results were withheld with the condition that I see a doctor that was not currently present. I was not told at the time that I scheduled the appointment that it will be a televisit. This time around they were very efficient with all of the above when it came to completing a medical form for me.

I received 2 COVID test and everyone I dealt with was kind, respectful, and caring. I would recommend to anyone.

Was a pretty quick visit although I did not like my provider. She insisted that nothing was wrong with me and that it was all in my head because I was showing no symptoms to the eye. My hands were hot and itchy but she claimed there was no evidence of me having hand and foot mouth disease although I’ve been exposed to it for several days. Today my hands and feet now have painful blisters and I have to attend work in this condition due to her misguided assumptions. Her name is Olguerline Lamousnery, FNP. She treated me as though I was a child and did not know anything.
