I had a bad pain in my leg and stomach. I was hesitant to go to the hospital. My friend recommended me to come to umd urgent care. I'm so glad I did. The staff was super caring and Dr. Monk listened and gave me a through evaluation. He took time to get to the root of the problem. I'm so glad I went there. The wait time was brief also. Definitely recommend.

My first time at the Physicians One located in Mamaroneck. Online appointment booking was easy. Receptionist was friendly. Ray gave an excellent throat culture! MaryAm, the PA, was knowledgeable and a good listener. I would return to this urgent care.

no one wants to go to urgent care, but all there provided a welcoming environment. Each person was friendly, professional and willing to help! I would mention this location to anyone for good care!

Everyone was great. From in take, to vitals to Dr. Faud it was amazing. Friendly and caring. Next day I felt so much better. Will come for future care. Only thing they had Spanish speaking patients and no one was available to translate or help them. But they did try with using the phone translating but someone should be onboard that can help with this type of situation. But overall great place.

It was a wonderful experience and the place to get excellent care. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, responding with the right diagnosis and solutions to my condition. Very highly recommend them.

I didn’t make an appointment in advanced but just walked in & the staff took me in right away, was able to help me with my issue, gave me the proper medications and were super friendly. 10/10 recommended

Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

I was able to make my appointment easily online. This is the second time I’ve gotten there and the Doctor and clinical staff were late. When this happens it’s understandable that they cannot let the patients into the waiting room. When I finally got into the waiting room, I still had to wait to be seen and I was the first and only patient there. I believe this is why they run behind schedule.

Never had a bad experience here. Everyone is very friendly and Doctor was great!!! So happy this place is near I live.

Dr. Gabriel is great- wonderful patient education, bed-side manner, and medical knowledge. 10/10 experience!
