Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

Dr. Gabriel is great- wonderful patient education, bed-side manner, and medical knowledge. 10/10 experience!

I was the first appointment of the day for  job drug testing. In and out in 10 minutes. Staff was cordial (not super peppy, but it was also morning). The bathroom needs an update. Everything considered, I am satisfied.

Very pleased with the overall experience here. Receptionist was very pleasant as well as the support staff we encountered. Saw Dr. Mary Wolter who was very personable and easy to talk to. She performed a thorough exam and answered any questions or concerns we had. Never felt rushed. Office and patient rooms were immaculate.

I’m disappointed bc I went in and the doctor took a look at me for a few seconds checking my ears, mouth and lungs and sent me away with allergy medication for $40. I dont have allergies but I suppose it was the simplest diagnosis. My symptoms progressively got worse bc of this not being properly treated. I ended up taking some antibiotics which did help. Anyways, the doctor was too quick and not thorough in her examination. I personally would not recommend unless you do have allergies, but that wasn’t even diagnosed correctly.

I was moving a couch with a neighbor and as we took it through the front door I misstep and hit my arm on the metal frame and ripped the skin off my arm. Needed to have it cleaned and bandaged.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

Dr. Richard and staff were both professional and friendly. Honestly, I cannot be thankful enough. I absolutely recommend this center to anyone in need of urgent help.

Every doctor, assistant, every front desk , all staff provide excellent service and therefore there is no wait, prescription written and further medical attention is discussed at length when recommended. Doctoring skills and knowledge  are outstanding as well as the Gathering of medical  information  and  the office and restrooms are inaccurate.  Everyone is exceptional kind and caring. Excellent!

Urgently Care has made me consider making it my personal physician center. My doctors are in NY but for the past few years Urgent Care continues to deliver quality professional clean and Happy Staff. I am considering switching over because of the variety and quality service provided by the ENTIRE TEAM. Thanks again for helping me feel better walking out the door then how I felt going in. Well, to be honest I was a bit disappointed. I went online to search for a "podiatrist" for a same day, or next day appointment. Using my zip code, I searched for locations in which to see a podiatrist the same day...... Your location, which is just within three or four blocks from my home, came up. Bottom line is, I anticipated, and expected to see a board certified podiatrist... A doctor who "specializes in foot care!"
