I recently went to the diagnostic side of the IMA Facility in Shrewsbury and can’t praise them enough. The office was clean and neat. I was greeted by the friendliest front desk receptionist, Deborah. I had some paperwork to fill out which took about 5 mins and I was immediately brought back for my Bone Density Scan. The imaging tech Rachel was terrific. She explained everything that was going to be done in full detail. She always asked if I was comfortable. The results of the test came back on time as promised. It was a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend getting any testing done in this facility. 5+ Stars

Excellent staff, quick service, very professional. I was surprised I had a $50.00 co-pay, but paid it no problem. My co-worker with the same insurance paid NOTHING a few days later! That is the second time, I got charged and a co-worker did not at the same place, all of us having the same insurance. Crazy, go figure?!

1st time going. Everyone from the front desk to the Dr was amazing. I felt like everyone gave me personal attention and care. Dr Jessica was amazing. She went out of her way to even call me to see that I was doing ok. I highly highly recommend this facility. Thx Dr. Jessica 😊

Dr. Patel is a wonderful doctor. He is thorough and takes time to discuss treatment options. He is very knowledgeable and has been spot on with the diagnosis and treatment for my medical conditions. I recommend his practice and know that you will be happy with Dr. Patel professionalism and medical care.
