With only a few walk-in clinics nearby, NowCare - Suffolk may be your best option for immediate care inSuffolk. They are open today from 8:00AM to 8:00PM, as well as 7 days a week. As long as you visit them during their business hours, you should be able to walk right into 3060 Godwin Blvd and be seen relatively quickly. The national average for patients waiting at an urgent care is between 15-30 minutes, so hopefully it shouldn't be too long of a wait.

Took my son in today to be seen. When I checked in I was informed that the wait times were longer than usual. We waited only 20 minutes before being called back to a room. Our nurse was very pleasant. Vitals were taken and my son was swabbed for flu and strep. With in minutes we had results and then seen by Janice Woodard NP. Janice was great. She’s very thorough and communicated well with my son. She explained home care and medications. I was so impressed I’m thinking about transferring my sons primary care to her. The overall experience was great besides the fact that my son does in fact have the flu.

Had a swollen gland and wanted it checked. Was asked if my car was on their lot and told I'd have to have a tele visit to go back to my car and wait. The tele visit, I found out, is an instant Covid test. I had no problem with that. So I sat in my car in 90+ degree temps, cutting my car off and on to use the AC but not all my gas, for over an hour. Tried calling their "testing check in number" but after 10 minutes on hold and the recording saying everyone was busy I went back inside. No one was on any phone. I asked that my "appointment" be canceled that it was too hot outside waiting and I would go home and just take some Niquill. I understand the caution with Covid but Covid didn't chase the common viruses way. People still get colds, etc. I was not impressed.

Went In because I had some chest pain and they let me fill out the paperwork and then told me they would not see me. This is the second this dump has done this to me. This place needs to be shut down. Don’t waste your time at this dump

Was seen for a UTI last Saturday. Took urine and sent to have it cultured. Lab called Thursday left a message to call local office. Have been on hold since then. It would ring and say they were busy assisting other clients but every time after holding for 10 minutes they would disconnect me. Today I started calling at 8am and stayed on the phone for 1 hour.

This offices customer service today was extremely subpar. I am getting over the flu, which was diagnosed at this office a few days ago. I called the office because I am still not feeling up to going back to my job tomorrow as the note expired today. When I called the receptionist told me, in a very curt manner, I had to speak with the nurse for that but said that she may or may not get back with me at all because they are busy. Which is in and of itself incredulous behavior. Then the nurse manages to call and told me very rudely that if I didn’t have a fever for 24 hours then I can go back to work and hung up on me. I have a very physically and mentally strenuous job. It would have taken the same amount of time for them to extend my note as it took for them to be extremely rude. I will go somewhere else next time.
