I have visited Carbon health Several times and always find them very professionals - staff is pleasant and reactive / listen and always ask questions about issues relevant to my illness !

Everyone from start to finish was GREAT! They were all professional, kind, and courteous.

I had a relapse of a sinus infection and was not able to schedule an appointment with my primary doctor. Stopped to Optum on a whim and was thrilled with the whole process from cleanliness to pleasant staff yo a responsive doctor who listened and cared

The doctor was wonderful- very thorough and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the nurse’s bedside manner was much to be desired- abrupt and quick and just wasn’t pleasant.

I'm here from out of town and my chest cold progressed into bronchitis, I wasn't sure how the urgent cares were in this area but I heard great things about Carbon Health. Was able to book online and when I arrived the front desk staff were very kind and knowledgable about my insurance. Was called right back and seen very quickly. Even got x-rays (the x-ray tech was also amazing). Appointment was at 2pm, and I was out the door by 3pm. Highly recommend!!!

Woke up this morning with pink eye in both eyes. Called my doctor's office first and felt verbally abused by the person on the phone, telling me I can't come in the office because I'm contagious. The person who called back told me I had to wait till 4 pm for the doctor to call back. I went on line and made the appointment in a few minutes. What a difference. The girl who came out and got me was so pleasant and the doctor was great. Will definitely go back and highly recommend them.

Walked in without an appointment and was treated and on my way within an hour.

Walked in without an appointment so I can’t complain too much about the wait (about two hours). Desk employees, nurse, and NP were all very nice and had no issue answering all my questions. I would return.
