Drove my husband out because his wrist was painful, we checked in and were called back within 6-7 minutes, the nurse did triage and the doc came in the room within 10 minutes. All in all they did an evaluation, x-rays and sent in a prescription in about 45 minutes.

I have tried calling this facility and even set them a certified letter in order to address my issue without any response to it. Therefore, I leaving this review to let Baylor Scott and White know that I am serious about grievance. I attempted to make an appointment at their Walk-In Clinic on Friday, August 23, 2019 One of their administrative people (the employee in question,) arbitrarily and capriciously denied me service after I called her and signed my name as "Tums" after she told me to take Tums for my diaphragm bloating. To be frank, I really wanted an X-ray because I believe I may have a hiatal hernia in my diaphragm. I may never know, however, because my insurance expired on September 1, 2019. This action not only violates state and federal law regarding giving medical advice without a medical license but tarnishes the reputation of the illustrious Baylor Scott and White due to her entitled and rude demeanor. Furthermore, the employee in question violated the 1st Amendment to the United States Constitution and Article 1 of the Texas State Constitution by denying me my right to free speech, the 14th Amendment to the United States Constitution and Article 1 of the Texas State Constitution by targeting a protected class of peoples, and slandered and libeled me in front of a myriad of people who witnessed the employee in question call security on me without knowing all the facts. THERE ARE MUCH BETTER OPTIONS FOR ROUTINE MEDICAL PROCEDURES THAN THIS WALK IN-CLINIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is also some “PAC” named Tom Moore who is so imbued in medical jargon, which is cute for a non-doctor, that he doesn’t think allergies can cause sinus infections. Personally, I have a sinus infection for nearly six months straight in the fall (August to January roughly) when I live around the “Cedar Fever Capital” known as Austin, TX, USA!
