Was able to book an appointment quickly. Staff was helpful including helping me with technology. Been there few times. Surprised more attention has not been given to surroundings such as chipped paint on walls, chairs with cracked leather. Place may be clean but not kept up. Does not give a clean appearance!

Being 20 mins early for my appointment but not seeing the dr until 68 mins after appointment time was not great. Last time 3 people were booked for same time with same provider, too. Why is more than one patient scheduled for same time? On time patients shouldn’t be waiting longer due to this office or website error.

This is an excellent urgent care facility. The staff were professional, polite, considerate and compassionate. Wait time was minimal despite being busy. Scheduling an appointment was very helpful. Very clean facility. Thorough exam and knowledgeable medical professionals. Check-in/check-out was efficient and seamless.

For a Saturday morning, I had many options to schedule an appointment. Check in was easy and fast. Staff friendly and professional. My PA was extremely knowledgeable and made the suggestion that I needed to be seen at ER because I needed a CT scan.her diagnosis was correct

I didn’t get seen til after 2, but my appt was 115. S with every doctor visit, I wish the timing was realistic. Medical Staff were kind and concise.

Dr. “ Jersey Girl” Pagano was OUTSTANDING 😎. Suggestion - check your computer appointment confirmation notice. Had a 1:30 PM appointment via your computer system and arrived early to find that the office was closed for lunch and will reopen at 2:00 PM. You have a pen pail marked “ DIRTY”. Would it be better to use the word “USED”? Linda Yaeger

They were closed. I booked two appointments online via Solv and got there just for them to be closed.

The service was great. And the doctor was so professional and knowledgeable. He was able to explain to me what was happening. Which made feel alot better. Thanks again

The booking was easy. I love this particular location. Doctor and nurse were very good and helpful. The only downside- unfriendly person on a front desk.

I was there for my DOT exam, however, the entire staff were quite respectful. I took me a reasonable amount of time to complete the whole process. It is my to go to clinic.
