On site staff was outstanding. Only reason for 4stars overall is because it was impossible to get a person on the phone prior to my appointment. Called 5 times; left my call back request 2 times…never could connect with a human until going in for my appointment.

My experience with the Carbon Hillsdale facility and staff was wonderful and I was very grateful for them as I was suffering from RSV and needed medical attention on a Sunday when my primary care’s office was closed. However, I had an issue getting one of the prescriptions filled that I desperately needed and despite several phone calls and conversations with the staff over the following three days, no one followed up with me. They were sure nice on the phone, and promised to get back to me, but nothing! I finally gave up and reached out to my primary and she fixed the problem with the pharmacy. Because of this experience, I couldn’t recommmed Carbon and I would not go back either.

Don’t trust this App/website. I booked an appointment through Solv and showed up at the provider, only to be told they don’t have my in the system and see my appointment. The woman at the front desk advised third party apps will often allow patients to book appointments that aren’t really available. I was unable to see a doctor. Super annoying considering I waited all day for my appointment, and was denied and unable to see another doctor at any other location due to it being late afternoon on a Sunday.
