We have been to the South Elgin Advocate Sherman urgent care center for both outpatient testing & urgent care. We have had GREAT care every time we have been there with our kids of all ages for various things & ourselves as well. Hands down, we MUCH prefer the Sherman urgent care to Sherman Hospital ER or even Delnor ER. We have a special needs kiddo & Sherman UC was GREAT with her. We have scheduled online every time we have gone there, & every time they have always called us back within 10-15 minutes of our appointment time, if not BEFORE our appointment time. I have had prenatal ultrasounds there, & other ultrasounds were performed on some of our kiddos there (newborn to teen). The techs have always been great & results were sent to our doctors quickly. When we have a choice to go to an ER or Sherman Urgent Care, we go to Sherman UC without any hesitation. We love that it is NOT loaded with sick people coughing all over, is actually CLEAN (well, as clean as a medical facility will be due to the nature of the business), & everybody is FRIENDLY. A++

Dylan, pharmacist on staff was great and so accommodating. The team was friendly and helpful when getting my vaccine. Thank you for a great experience during such challenging times!

Horrible service ,waiting time 2 hrs though I was the only patient never ever go there again
