The front desk associate, Ben, and Jordan were extremely professional, kind, and patient. Everything was explained in detail, all of my questions answered, and I never felt rushed. So many urgent care centers are sub par in terms of professionalism and quality of care. I wouldn’t hesitate going back to this facility in the future if I needed any of the services they offer.

Thorough exam. Quick return time on Covid tests. Much faster than other clinics and doctor offices. Waiting room is small and doesn’t allow for 6 ft of social distance. You are allowed to wait in your car and they will come out to get you.

The only complaints I have is that it smelled bad in there liked rotten cheese, you could even smell it through your mask both myself and my husband said the same thing. The other thing is we did the online check in because its supposed to be faster for you, well it's not when we was seen 45 minutes after our appointment time. Then to make it worse there was a gentleman who came in after us that was a walk in still had to do paperwork and everything, by the time he got done he asked what time it was and told the staff he would have to leave unless he could get seen right now because he had somewhere else to be. Well what did they do they took him back ahead off us when we was there first waiting to be called back, he should have had to wait his turn or come back on a better day and time for himself. Why should we have to wait longer because he chose to make poor time management for himself and yet we went online and picked a time good for us, we did all our paperwork online and was pretty much ready to go when we walked in the door just had to give over a copy of our insurance card and drivers license, then get the link for the covid test on our phone to fill out (which we did in less than 5 minutes while we waited). So I truly believe it was wrong of the staff to call him back and I have worked in healthcare for years you dont do that for patients for the simple reason of people like me who are there first or have an appointment first unless it's an emergency and his was not he was just getting a covid-19 test done. So he could have waited longer or came back later or even another day, like we had to wait the extra 45 minutes past our appointment time we selected. I guess lesson learned as a first time patient here not to come back for this reason and just start using the little clinic or something else. Sad part is we both really, really loved the doctor she was very, friendly, understanding, compassionate about our sick family member and even offered to pray for them, her overall bedside manner you can only score a 5 star but she needs a 10 star it's well deserved and I hope that she sees this to know how much we appreciate her and how she is not like some doctors who can talk down to you, no she was the best and talked with you. I hope she is able to stay safe during this pandemic of treating all of her patients she rocks. The lady that took us back however we never got her name (I was always taught in school and at my job when a patient is brought back you introduce yourself) she was not very friendly, she just seemed like she was there to do a job and that's it, no compassion for a patient. My temperature was high and I found that funny because I had been taking multiple drinks of cold water prior to it, then she said my BP was severely high even funnier part about that is I've never had an issue with it before and I also have a smart watch that takes my BP so I immediately took it and it was what I normally run at an average range and I've always had this compared with all my other doctors readings so I know its accurate but she refused to retake. But I can let all of this go because you have one of the best doctors I've ever met that makes up for all of the bad I guess.

Unbelievably professional staff. I felt as if I was known by the receptionist upon arrival who processed my online paperwork and checked me in. Submittal of forms in advance on line was super easy and fast. I did it from my cell phone. No multi form clipboard and paper hassle in the waiting room. Proper Covid distancing in lobby and masks were worn by all. Clean waiting room and exam rooms. Though this should be expected, my wait was a bit frustrating. My appointment was at 6:45 pm for a Covid test, and I was finally seen at 7:55 pm. I arrived by 6:30 as requested via text. 1 hr 1/2 was much longer than I imaged for a scheduled test. They seemed way under staffed for the number of people in the waiting room. But again, the overall clean friendly experience outweighed the wait. A very positive and professional experience. I had never been to an urgent care facility previously. I’d return to this one if needed in the future.

I was shocked to see a staff member without a mask. We are living through a pandemic, with numbers continuing to rise, and the facility is a Covid testing site. If grocery stores and chain stores require masks for employees and patrons, I would assume a medical facility would do the same.

A woman came in and did not know how to use her smart phone. The Check in girl said there was no way to check her in manually. I watched this poor woman struggle and, while the receptionist gave instructions, she didn’t take the extra steps to Really help her. I was a patient and observed all of this. I sat down with the patient and filled out the entire online form for her. If I hadn’t I don’t think she would have been seen. I asked the front desk worker if she could Manually check the patient in, she replied there was absolutely no way to do it. I stepped in to help the patient, keep in mind , my helping the woman was a complete violation of HIPPA, and that wasn’t addressed by the worker. As I‘ve thought about it, I realize all the worker had to do was pull up the form on her computer and type in the information for her. (Which is what I did with the patient’s phone.) So she could be with her husband in a nursing home, The sweet patient just needed a Covid test. I spent 9 years training Epic at a hospital. I also trained Front desk customer service. The program you have set up is not user friendly. A large population of Americans do not have computer skills and they have to be helped. The worker just needs sufficient training on how to handle situations like this one. In the workers defense, to make matters worse, the Solo server had a glitch and wasn’t readily coming up. It did after a minute or so. Also, The business didn’t have wifi? Kinda defeats and complicates the employees ability to do her job and I had to use my data to check in. The tech, Brianna, did a excellent job administering the test.

I checked in and filled out all my paperwork online and then told the desk I was there through solv when I got there. I waited for an hour and then they started calling people up who got there after me. So then I went to the desk to make sure I wasn’t getting skipped and it turns out I had to fill out another form and pay because I was getting Covid tested. There was no indication from solv or from the staff that I had to do that before I could be seen. The staff was friendly and the care was great, but in my effort to utilize “contactless check in” I ended up waiting at total of 1 hour and 45 min because there was never an indication that I still had to fill things out.

Left without getting any care. No body informed me before I arrived at my appointment that you had to have a smart phone to get a Covid test. You should have an alternative option to receive results when those patients don’t have a smartphone. I drove an hour to this appointment. I believe you owe me for time and travel. Your services are prejudice against seniors and people that may not want to have a smartphone. I will never use your services in the future and will make sure that everyone I’m acquainted with knows of what bad service I received and the poor rules you have during a national pandemic. I RATE YOU negative 10 and that’s being nice.

First time visit. Registered online for an “appointment”, including insurance info, personal info etc. Receptionist experience was poor. I checked in and her first response to my friendly “I’m here for my 5:45 appointment“ was a condescending “you don’t have an appointment. You registered online” followed by a robotic, unhelpful directive to register yet again for the means for the clinic to send and for me to receive my COVID test results. The directions I was given did not work with my iPhone. It took a few times for the receptionist to listen and understand that the error message I received was a server issue and the repeated directive to “no, no; just back up, all the way up” would not resolve the issue. When I asked about the alternative to registering with my iPhone, she pointed me to an iPad. It thankfully worked. There was no indication of how long it would take to get in. And frankly, no eye contact. She is most likely a really good, smart, kind person. But her approach/demeanor was more akin to what one might expect at a BMV. Just a really poor first impression. The good news is that I ultimately got in within 10 minutes for the test. The technician who administered the test was terrific! Friendly, smart and efficient.

I was there for cov-id testing. There were a number of other possible exposed patients being tested. There was not enough room to spread out, some went outside to wait. It was a little unsettling. Although, the technician giving the covid test was outstanding...I give her 5 stars. She was comforting, professional and gentle. All the horror stories I heard about the test was dispelled for me because of your technician that day.

It just always takes so much longer than needed. I scheduled a covid test in advance and they didn’t even see me until 45 after I arrived. It doesn’t make sense for such a simple process. Thanks.
