Wonderful experience.. my son had a double ear infection, he is 2 and was crying the entire time we were there. Everyone was so patient and understanding… as a parent, there is nothing better than having a reliable urgent care when our Pediatrician is not available. Thank you!

I felt that it was a rushed appointment- had to ask for the result of the urine test. I’m not sure who is in charge but I’ve gotten better care elsewhere.

Had a rapid Covid test. Got the results in about 10 minutes. Fast and easy.

Our medical technician was amazing. So kind with both my boys and even took the time to set up up with coloring and crayons books while we waited for our test results. The doctor as always was thorough and very knowledgeable.

Drs are great! Appointment made for Covid test on Solv was 9:40. Arrived at 9:25. Not seen til 10:30!

My husband and I needed to have a rapid Covid test. We went to the ProHealth Urgent Care in Howard Beach on a recommendation from our daughter, who had recently been there for a test herself. We arrived without an appointment registered and checked in inside the reception area. We were asked to wait in our car until they called us to come in. We waited about 10-15 minutes then were called inside. Someone came in right away and took our vitals then swabbed is for the test. We were asked to wait in the exam room for 10 minutes to receive our printed results. The whole process took no more than 30 minutes and the staff were pleasant and friendly. I would recommend this facility.

Fantastic. Love using wantagh urgent care pediatrics. They are always very attentive and listen to you.. do not rush you out.. great bedside manner
