Very good staff keep up the good work

Place is clean, little wait time, Dr. And staff compassionate and friendly. Faster than me going to my family physician.

They always get me in within reasonable time, I trust the level of care I'm getting, and they are great with their follow up

The girls at the desk are doing the best they can in a really tough situation they were so pleasant and so nice gave complete information. My only concern was that we were all going in for Covid testing and you had to login manually on an iPad that no one cleaned between patients. There was a bottle of hand sanitizer if you choose to use it. One patient walked in without a mask until she realized it - so the exposure level is probably very high.

My department came here for the rapid test. The covid test wasn't pleasant but the staff was fantastic.

I went to get a covid test today. I was warmly greeted by receptionist who gave me instructions and I was called in and greeted by technician who was very nice and thorough. I waited for results and then seen by a physician. He checked my glands and throat. He was very nice and gave me some suggestions to help my sore throat. In all it was a very comforting experience and I would highly recommend the staff at 100 Mill Plain Rd. Thank you all! Ann Peters

Everyone was so nice and understanding. I had 2 Covid tests done there and my husband had one, He was just as pleased as I was. I need another test and the wait is quite long, but we all know why!
