I was pleased that I could get an appointment the same day. Staff were friendly and compassionate Given medication to help with my pain at my visit. I would have like to have more explanation of my medication and my diagnosis. I had a hard time finding the place. Had to ask couple of people where it was located. Booked online . I haven’t seen my bill yet, so don’t know the cost. Checkin was very easy. Only 1 sheet of paper, to fill out. Did not ask about present medication, allergies or history, which I was surprised about. Thanks

I've been to this location twice. While the staff is great, I don't know if I've necessarily gotten the beat diagnosis. The first doctor said I had something viral only for me to later find out I had a sinus infection. The second visit I knew I had an ear infection or strep throat but again was told it was viral. Now I have to wait for a longer appointment with my actual doctor which defeated the purpose of me coming to urgent care.
