The front staff were friendly and quick to check me in. I was brought back ahead of my appointment time. I only waited a few minutes for the provider. My test results were done very quickly. I appreciate all their hard work during this Pandemic!

They told me at the beginning that I may get a bill due to my insurance, but I appreciate the honesty. I was impressed with how nice the staff was. Really wish my insurance was good with them and I would come here for all urgent care needs. 10/10 would recommend to others.

I always go to Multicare Urgent care as I know I will get the care I need. Provider was knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend. My wait time was not too bad at about 30 minutes

My mom and I came in for the monoclonal antibody therapy. All the staff we interacted with were great. Yes, I would recommend the clinic. Wait time in waiting room was a bit long, but understandable for an urgent care facility.

I called and made an appointment to get Covid tested. The lady at the front counter did not seem to want me to get tested. Then she called over a provider who okayed it. I was called in right away, the gal gave me the test, and I was on my way. Good service.

The staff was amazing! Wait time was super quick! But next time tell me my doctor is going to smoking hot so I could of got ready. Jk But I’ve been having very bad back and leg pain and he was great about getting me a referral for physical therapy and just in general getting me a plan to get better!

This is the only urgent care I’ll take my son to. They are very on top of it, they listen to your opinions and I always feel that I leave with a real professional outlook on the problem at hand. The provider Chris is awesome! Great personality, quick and efficient at a diagnosis and very friendly.

The staff were all pretty friendly. Adric was our doctor, and he was great with the kids (a baby and a toddler). He let the baby play with the ear light thing to get a little more comfortable with the exam. He was very polite, listened well, and gave us options in the care process.

I was injured and had to come in with my young son in tow. The staff was amazing with him. They let him "help" take care of me, talked with him like a "big boy", and gave him lots of stickers. I was originally concerned about bringing my young hyper kid in with me, but now I see I had nothing to worry about. Good job!

My second trip to urgent care resulted in results. I went to indigo on Sprague and Sullivan earlier in the week and received nothing from the PA-C that saw me. Basically dismissed me. Several days later and feeling worse I went to the Multicare urgent care at the main building. I saw Brian Tennant APN what a difference. He checked me over and sent me home with meds that are working. Now I understand why so many valley neighbors refuse to go to the valley urgent care. Poor staff.

I was a walk in patient as I had just been in an accident. I was treated immediately with great care and empathy upon arrival . I only had to wait 50 minutes to be seen and my laceration was cleaned and stitched up with great care and excellence. Each staff member was helpful and kind. Kelsea, PA did a stellar job with the anesthetic, stitches and answered all my questions with professional knowledge and care! I highly recommend Indigo Urgent Care in Airway Heights.

MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care, Shadle - 2401 W Wellesley Ave

I had been sick for several days with no relief. I was pulled back to a room almost immediately which was wonderful. The radiologist tech that roomed me was kind and listened to what I had to say. However, the actual care I received was abysmal. I had completely lost my voice due to severe cough and sore throat. I was told my results were negative and to have a good day. No medications, no diagnosis and no relief. I had to go to CHAS Urgent Care to actually receive care. I will never be returning to Indigo because of this.
