The front staff were friendly and quick to check me in. I was brought back ahead of my appointment time. I only waited a few minutes for the provider. My test results were done very quickly. I appreciate all their hard work during this Pandemic!

The staff were all pretty friendly. Adric was our doctor, and he was great with the kids (a baby and a toddler). He let the baby play with the ear light thing to get a little more comfortable with the exam. He was very polite, listened well, and gave us options in the care process.

I was injured and had to come in with my young son in tow. The staff was amazing with him. They let him "help" take care of me, talked with him like a "big boy", and gave him lots of stickers. I was originally concerned about bringing my young hyper kid in with me, but now I see I had nothing to worry about. Good job!

Wait time went a bit longer then expected because of an emergency walk in. However we were informed every step of the way what was going on and we were treated amazingly the whole time. Everyone was very helpful. The staff was wonderful with my daughter and explained the test they were doing and made her feel as comfortable as possible.

I'm so glad to see this facility go into Airway Heights. Very friendly oh, very nice. I was told BlueCross BlueShield would be paying for my covid test , so I really hope that ends up being the case.

The medical assistant was so friendly and awesome! Kind of an awkward waiting room because there was very little seating and everyone was really close together. Not a fan of a nurse practitioner being the only provider there. A physician is the expert in the field of medicine and I would expect that there would be at least one at an urgent care. Also did not like the clinical exam skills of the nurse practitioner.

I was a walk in patient as I had just been in an accident. I was treated immediately with great care and empathy upon arrival . I only had to wait 50 minutes to be seen and my laceration was cleaned and stitched up with great care and excellence. Each staff member was helpful and kind. Kelsea, PA did a stellar job with the anesthetic, stitches and answered all my questions with professional knowledge and care! I highly recommend Indigo Urgent Care in Airway Heights.
