It has always been hard to get in here, because wait times are so long, but when I broke my finger they got me in right away and took care of me so well. The X-ray techs was beyond nice and the doctor was very knowledgeable and honest when he didn’t know something…recommended a specialist. This is the best Indigo experience I’ve ever had. I’ll return here if I need an urgent care visit.

Such a great place. Mia at the front was wonderful and so helpful. Dr. Tran was flat out amazing. She really was a delight to be seen by. She was very thoughtful and informative. All around best experience iv had at an urgent care

I went to the clinic with symptoms of covid. The staff were able to see me and I got the rapid result so fast. Great experience and negative test for covid.

I came in for a covid test. From the second I walked in, I felt taken care of. The office was super clean. I only barely saw one other patient. The front desk receptionist was so kind and quick to help. I actually got dizzy and thought I was going to pass out after my covid test and my nurse was so kind. She ran to get me water, helped me lay down and made sure I was ok. She was so kind and comforted me. I loved being able to schedule the appointment online. It was a great experience.

Great experience! Went in to get a covid test on a Saturday night due to symptoms. Doctor and tech were very friendly, took their time. Nonetheless, the whole thing was over in half hour.

MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care, Issaquah - 6140 E Lake Sammamish Pkwy SE, Issaquah

The staff at this Indigo Urgent Care are always so friendly and listen to all of my concerns. I’m autistic and can have a lot of difficulties going to the doctor, especially when it’s urgent so it’s nice to have a friendly/safer place to count on when unforeseen circumstances arise. I was helped by an RN or ARNP training today, I think her name was Lindsay Grahan. She did a great job and I’m very thankful for her help/support.
