Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have had to use a Urgent care. Fortunately, I again chose this facility for my needs. I experienced the same quality of care, friendliness, professionalism, and a great all around atmosphere (as well as could be given in a clinic environment) as my previous visit. Being able to schedule ahead of time is a tremendous advantage. The entire staff seamed to meld well together adding to the professionalism.

Everyone was helpful in trying to diagnosis my problem at the Urgent Care facility in Strongsville. They were all very pleasant. Since I was in such a lot of pain, I had to go there since my doctor's office was not open.

All of the staff were caring and patient. I had to wait to see the doctor only a short time after I arrived at 5 pm. They thoroughly inspected my injury and were able to help me including X-rays, tetanus shot, treatment and follow up. I was so glad to have an urgent care so close to home that gave me the help I needed, when I needed it, and the confidence of professional care that I was seeking. Thank you

This was my first visit to the urgicare. Everyone was friendly, helpful and thorough. I’m glad I saw the Dr. because if I had only had a Covid test, I wouldn’t have known that I have pneumonia. I’ve already recommended your facility to 2 people.
