The Solv app made it difficult for me to schedule my appointment so I just called the urgent care and they just had me go in since I was already in the parking lot

The doctor, the nurse, and the receptionist went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Dr. was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I think it’s great that you can make an appointment at urgent care. thank you so much

All of the staff were caring and patient. I had to wait to see the doctor only a short time after I arrived at 5 pm. They thoroughly inspected my injury and were able to help me including X-rays, tetanus shot, treatment and follow up. I was so glad to have an urgent care so close to home that gave me the help I needed, when I needed it, and the confidence of professional care that I was seeking. Thank you

Very professional and friendly staff!! Melanic checked me in and was super kind! Heather made sure she got all my information and so friendly! Shawn the PA was very thorough and made sure I had meds to take care my illness and understood what they were for. I highly recommend this urgent care!

After having an already frustrating experience and going to many other healthcare providers I came to the urgent care center and was prepared to be frustrated again, but it was completely opposite they made my visit extremely fast extremely comfortable very knowledgeable very enlightening and pleasant experience for a not so pleasant injury. The nurse and I were laughing at the end of it all. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone I know. All very happy with the care

Came in for a COVID test but was forced to stay for a ‘check up’ which my insurance is not going to pay for. Ugh

I was seen by Valerie Powers. Apparently she just wanted to go home. She spent about 2 minutes with me, didn't listen to me, didn't answer any questions, didn't ask any questions and said I'll give you a list of refferals. The next thing I know she's gone, a nurse comes in and says, here's a doctor's note (which I didn't need, nor did I ask for) and a list if physicians. I told the nurse, "Clearly, she just didn't want to see me, she just wanted to go home." I asked the nurse if she had said anything, anything at all about my condition, the answer was no. I don't have a primary Dr, so I have used this urgent care several times, I have always been treated very well. This person, is no hero that's for sure. I told her I tested positive in August for covd and I'm not getting better, she cut me off and said joint pain isn't associated with covid...really?? She was awful, I couldn't believe how she treated me, like I was nothing, insignificant, not a person.
