Had a great experience at this UH urgent care! Staff and physician were all wonderful! They did a great job keeping us all safe from any I’ll patients! I would tell family, friends to go here for all your medical needs!

Dr. Schulte was very professional, thorough, and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to this Urgent Care. My only disappointment was the 30-40 minute wait in the examination room.

Amazing staff at concord urgent care! Front desk nurse was super friendly and put me in a room asap due to an eye injury. All nurses and doctor (Higgins) were so nice and professional! Don’t see that anymore unfortunately. Made my painful experience so much better!! Thank you!

My first time at this UH urgent care. Staff very friendly and efficient. Wait time was near zero. Dr. Bowers was great and spent the right amount of time with diagnosis and treatment. Answered all my questions clearly and provided follow up advice.

I was so afraid to go to a Urgent Care due to the stories you hear … wait time, thoroughness, efficiencies, friendliness … but this visit surpassed all my fears. I didn't have much of a wait time. The only problem I did have was I asked them because they already swap her to run an RSV FLU and Covid. All they did was a Covid test.

I am a Cleveland clinic patient with a primary dr who would not schedule me for an immediate appointment nor could I get an appointment at Cleveland clinic express care with an md. I was relived to be examined by a medical dr with a wonderful bedside manner and determined immediately my issue with kindness. Staff was very considerate and helpful including the nurse and the assistant at the desk. I witnessed her taking on nonstop patients entering the facility. She handled all with professionalism and kindness. Would highly recommend this urgent care facility

The caregivers (all staff & doctor) were extremely professional, caring & friendly. When necessary, my family and I always go to UH Concord Urgent Care for these very reasons.

Disappointed that covid testing was not a rapid test. Otherwise great care and friendly staff/doctors!

Lauren went above and beyond! I called ahead and was told by a nurse that I could get the DTap vaccine for my son who was being seen for a foot injury from a rusty old mail. When I got there I was told we couldn’t be given the vaccine. We pay out of pocket so I was upset, the only reason we came was for that. The staff was nice and cleaned his foot, like I did. We got hot and I had a message from Lauren that she had called a pharmacist as well as our pediatrician to make sure that the vaccine they had their could in fact be given to my son. She told me we could come back and he could be given vaccine and it would be covered under the same visit. (We are basically self pay) I was thankful she did her job and did it well. Thank you Lauren.

Having to wait three hours at urgent care is too long. It turns the word urgent into an oxymoron. Besides that everything was great.

Of course being in an urgent care I arrived in pain, was seen immediately by a wonderful doctor whom I forget her name, was taken back at mediately to x-ray diagnosed and out the door in approximately an hour. Highly recommend urgent care to anybody love University hospitals

We went to urgent care for a cut finger. Experience was great except the wait time.

What a pleasure to have care there at UH Urgent Care Concord. Solved my problem, had X-rays consults with Dr.put my mind at ease out in a hour!!!!Excellent service.

Did not like doctor in urgent care

I came to the urgent care for stitches, I had to wait in my car while I was being registered. I was contacted via text to come in to go into a room, the nurse came in and took my vitals right away and the doctor shortly after he stitched my finger up and I was on my way in no time. Excellent customer service

Self checking with phone at Urgent Care was terrible experience. While right next door in Radiology staff was checking people in for appointments. The reverse should be happening

They we’re very nice and quick. They explained everything to me very well and took very good care of me I recommend this urgent care to anyone!
