The wait time was unreal, they obviously need more help thru out, short staffed. My nurse Julie was very compassionate and professional. She listened close and Documented info i wanted conveyed to Dr. The physician Dr Dawson was very thorough and explained the process, to get taken care of. The team work was great. My XRay by Amy was quick and she was clear and concise in how to have me position.

UH Concord Urgent care is great for this community. Very knowledgeable staff and Dr. Bowers was able to get me treated and out very quickly, but definitely did not feel like i was rushed through! Great bedside manor.

I had a great medical experience as usual. This urgent care also takes care of it's patients in a timely manner.

I took my son to urgent care because he had pink eye.. And other than the wait time I had no issue. The nurse and doctor were very helpful and explained what needed to be done to clear it up

I love this place. Everybody was great. The waiting room could be a little nicer but that is a small problem.

Wait time was long because it was day after holiday but that was everywhere!! Provider was funny and kind. Hate going to doctors but he made it casual yet professional.

My main issues is that they asked where to send my prescription and the paperwork had the wrong location and asked them to change it and they still sent it to a different wrong location. I had to travel to two places to get my meds

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were extremely helpful to me. Would definitely recommend!
