I’ve consistently liked going to Nextcare . I’ve been to other urgent cares the past few years. Nextcare is salient from the time you walk in till the time you get the assistance checking your vitals and I absolutely celebrate Susan. She is phenomenal. Susan Eller. I’d love for her to be my primary care she listens she’s knowledgeable. She’s empathetic she even examines you which doctors don’t do today, she’s knowledgeable of other doctors that I’m interfacing with onto her because she’s great

Ii was a walk in with an ankle sprain who needed a work release and doctors note. I got all that and more. Best medical experience I've had in years. This boot is really helpful. Got back to work the next day. I interacted with the receptionist, a nurse, and a doctor. All were friendly, professional, and accommodating for my impaired mobility.

The health care provider that saw me was absolutely excellent. Great bedside manner, took the time to listen and understand the history and details well. Gave me better prescription, information and general advice than other urgent cares I had visited for the same problem. Already getting better now, and very grateful. I would absolutely recommend her.

While the staff was incredibly helpful and kind when I took my son in for sore throat and the visit was quick and fine, his prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy. After multiple calls, it was still never sent to the appropriate pharmacy and I ended up paying more money for his script at the wrong pharmacy. I know they’re not a primary care but why have me put a preferred pharmacy if they won’t use it and why can’t the prescription be adjusted after multiple calls? Too bad.

I have a 95 dollar co pay for urgent care . Paid that , doctor said my kid probably didn’t have an ear infection come back if it gets worse. 5 minute visit . Got an extra 35 dollar bill in the mail. Couldn’t get a straight answer from the billing department . My EOB shows that I have a 95 dollar copay for an urgent care visit and shouldn’t be subject to the deductible . I will for sure not use this urgent care again .

First time in and the service was perfection!!! The check in counter woman was lovely, the nurse was lovely, and the doctor was lovely… Not that anyone wants to come back because that means there’s a problem but if I need Urgent Care assistance again then I will be back. Hands down best Urgent Care visit I have ever had…. In and out with medications that improved my situation in under an hour!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

The best experience I have ever had at any urgent care! Everyone was so friendly, we made an appointment, did not wait for even 5 minutes. We were in and out in a half an hour and everyone was so kind! HIGHLY recommend!
