Everyone from the receptionist to Doctor were top notch. Walked in and within 30 minutes, I was leaving.

Lisa is amazing! My 6 year old son had an accidental fall and needed stitches. He was very nervous and did not want to cooperate. Lisa was so patient with him and helped him to calm down. She did the stitches very quickly, and they healed so nicely, no complications whatsoever.  We would definitely recommend Family Urgent Care to our friends and family.

The team was courteous to me. The website to schedule is not valid. The receptionist didn't see my appointment that u set. Must use the actual website instead of a third party.

Went In for a follow up and it took the doctor to see me atleast 30 min . Then he just said hello and bie, don’t get an exam just asked if everything was okay and yet got charged for the visit 125 😂 . I’d say this office is like a bootleg.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

Dr was kind & friendly. Building itself seems rather rundown.

I would 100% recommend this company to anyone wanting to check their health status. The process was incredibly easy and done through certified labs. The results are frequently back by the next day.
