The health care provider that saw me was absolutely excellent. Great bedside manner, took the time to listen and understand the history and details well. Gave me better prescription, information and general advice than other urgent cares I had visited for the same problem. Already getting better now, and very grateful. I would absolutely recommend her.

While the staff was incredibly helpful and kind when I took my son in for sore throat and the visit was quick and fine, his prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy. After multiple calls, it was still never sent to the appropriate pharmacy and I ended up paying more money for his script at the wrong pharmacy. I know they’re not a primary care but why have me put a preferred pharmacy if they won’t use it and why can’t the prescription be adjusted after multiple calls? Too bad.

I have a 95 dollar co pay for urgent care . Paid that , doctor said my kid probably didn’t have an ear infection come back if it gets worse. 5 minute visit . Got an extra 35 dollar bill in the mail. Couldn’t get a straight answer from the billing department . My EOB shows that I have a 95 dollar copay for an urgent care visit and shouldn’t be subject to the deductible . I will for sure not use this urgent care again .

The check in counter woman was lovely, the nurse was lovely, and the doctor was lovely… Not that anyone wants to come back because that means there’s a problem but if I need Urgent Care assistance again then I will be back. Last night I went because my hip was really hurting and no reply from my other doctors.. I love this place.. They are so nice and make you feel like home.. My problem was addressed and today I feel so much better.. The Doc was a sweet heart.. I miss my doctors from my home town but he was great.. Being a old nurse I know who actually cares about you..
