Returning from a drive from Florida, with a raging sore throat. Easy scheduling an appointment for the next morning. I was seen within a few minutes, test for flu, strep and Covid, came up positive for Covid. We quickly arranged for medication prescription and off I went. Dr. Santana was perfectly professional and attentive. I would go back in a heartbeat!

Did wrong diagnosis. Staff who conducted Quick test said that strep throat test is positive and antibiotics should be started . On our request , same time culture test was also taken whose results showed negative result for strep throat.  Because of wrong diagnosis, antibiotics was taken for 2 days

It couldn’t have gone better. I just moved to Hoboken and I was recommended by a colleague to go and I’m very happy I did. The facilities were very clean, they had Disney movies playing in the lobby, everything was so seamless, quick and efficient. The staff was very friendly and Ross was incredible. Absolutely amazing and will not be going anywhere else.

Walked in without an appointment so I can’t complain too much about the wait (about two hours). Desk employees, nurse, and NP were all very nice and had no issue answering all my questions. I would return.

Being a RN for 50 years I must say the Immediate Care office at Wick Plaza in Edison is outstanding! From the friendly & courteous front staff to the excellent care of Dr Christine Ibrahim. It’s so wonderful how Dr Ibrahim is so knowledgeable & caring. This is rare these days. In the recent past I’ve had doctors who are more concerned with the computer than the patient. I must say Dr Ibrahim is an asset to your corporation. I’ve worked in ICU & ran 2 huge practices in my experience. Dr. Ibrahim would definitely be a must hire in my opinion. Thank you for hiring suck a kind & competent Doctor!!!

The Doctor there are attentive and really listen to you and take the time to explain everything in detail, I have been seen by Dr Anna and she is GREAT, her bedside manner is awesome! A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

After receiving my results, I called Quest Lab Testing and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Quest. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.
