Myself and my son waited 3hrs, sick, no triage or even asked "are you ok". Felt like a number more than a sick patient. Felt like I was just there to give money to the establishment Staff was friendly though I will try not to come again unless it's an extreme emergency

My son woke up with a bad cough and his pediatrician couldn’t see him for 3 days. Typically my son is afraid of doctors, but the provider today was AMAZING. He made the exam fun for my son and made this our most positive doctor experience. I would definitely recommend him to anyone with little ones.

Quality of care is lacking. I came here before last year and it went very well that I wanted to come again. This time, I made an appointment and they said they were able to do a procedure for me but then when I came, front desk was very nice and easy check in. Made me wait 30 minutes in the room, had to extend my parking time. Then, the nurse came in, seemingly unable to care for me and checked me out and did not want to do the procedure. Just came to say they can’t do the procedure, made excuses, then said they don’t have the materials to do the procedure. Did not give me any follow up instructions to what to do and not professional at all. I just left and it seemed like the staff didn’t care

I have been feeling sick since Wednesday. I was able to schedule an appointment and got in for 11:00 am. Wait time was a bit long but the services received outweighed the wait

I highly recommend for anyone thinking of getting tested. From start to finish the whole process was hassle free and and very professional. I had my results very quickly and discreetly couldn't be happier with the service.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
