The online registration was confusing. The appointment time given leads you to believe that you have an appointment. Other than that the staff was very friendly and efficient. Very clean facility!!

The service visits have always been very positive and the staff is the best. But as you know the tone of the visit is always with the first greeting. The two ladies at the reception desk made the visit very enjoyable. Westmed can be very proud of Kim-Alexis and Jasmine B. Thank you.

I arrived there early - they started the process early too! Waited in my car, it was relatively quick, easy and painless. Staff was great! Not sure how they keep smiling with a long line of people outside from the minute they open! Would highly recommend this facility :-)

The girls at the desk are doing the best they can in a really tough situation they were so pleasant and so nice gave complete information. My only concern was that we were all going in for Covid testing and you had to login manually on an iPad that no one cleaned between patients. There was a bottle of hand sanitizer if you choose to use it. One patient walked in without a mask until she realized it - so the exposure level is probably very high.

The two staff who were working were great. Great because they are overwhelmed And still managed to take care of everyone.

I've been going to medi center for 30 years never had a problem Dr.Skully has been my primary care physician and has always treated me perfectly.

I went to get a covid test today. I was warmly greeted by receptionist who gave me instructions and I was called in and greeted by technician who was very nice and thorough. I waited for results and then seen by a physician. He checked my glands and throat. He was very nice and gave me some suggestions to help my sore throat. In all it was a very comforting experience and I would highly recommend the staff at 100 Mill Plain Rd. Thank you all! Ann Peters

My department came here for the rapid test. The covid test wasn't pleasant but the staff was fantastic.

Place is clean, little wait time, Dr. And staff compassionate and friendly. Faster than me going to my family physician.

I didn’t realize you could make an appointment online so my wait time was a little longer than I expected. Other than that everyone was very professional
