The IM Urgent Care doctor, Rebecca, was great. Staff was great also.

The staff was so considerate. I got woozy from a blood draw and they took care of me without making me feel bad or awkward.

Was battling UTI pain and in and out with diagnosis and prescription.  It was a great experience.

I went in with a sore throat, cough and congestion. Diagnosed with an ear infection and had meds called in. Great service and very friendly. In and out in 30 mins!

It’s not like your regular doctors office they are urgent care Some staff members are friendly, some are not. This is a field in which you must have compassion or get another job! I do believe some doctors lack medical training and are not sure or misdiagnose your condition Always revisit your PCP

I booked an appointment last night for the first time slot at 8am. I did all of the paperwork and showed up 15 minutes prior to my appointment. I checked myself in using the app at 7:52 and on the waitlist it said I was first in line. When I entered the building a man was through the door before me, based on his name and the initials on the waitlist he seemed to have booked the 8:22am appointment. It shouldn’t have been an issue, but then they called him before me. Even thought the waitlist still said I was first. I then waited 20 minutes before asking how much longer would I have to wait and did  the appointment slots even matter because I should have been the first called. The lady at the front was helpful and got me back quickly, but I ended up leaving after being there over an hour for an appointment that should’ve been on time, since I was the first one!

Short wait time. Quick processing. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Far, far better than going to ER.
