Our family’s PCP’s never have same-day appts available so we always go to this facility for our urgent care. Dr. Ishmael is always friendly and thorough. We haven’t had to experience long waits. We like that we can log in to secure an appt slot.

I’ve been here a few times. Never a wait, always helpful staff and I don’t have to argue for a script by being told it’s just a virus when it’s clearly not. Thanks for a great experience each time. I really REALLY appreciate it!

Woke up with intense hip pain from a fall. The staff made it a priority to ease my pain. They know I take care for my 88 year old mom & their care was appreciated by both of us.

Took a very long time got my daughter to be seen close to an hour? That’s my only complaint.

The overall visit went well other than the initial paper works which they could do in between the visit or after the visit. Was having bad headache on one side and was worried could be a stroke. The paper works made me feel could have done later

Office was dirty. Nurse was not friendly and continually coughing. Not happy that the doctor was not able to fix my ingrown toenail but just gave me an antibiotic. I did not need to pay $200 just for an antibiotic basically. I have had ingrown toenails fixed at urgent cares many times before.

This place was very helpful!  I will definitely return.  All staff was pleasant, informative and professional.  Better than the primary care doctor’s place.

Visiting from out if town, but did not have a difficult time booking an appt, showed up early and were good about getting me in sooner, but did have a few patients ahead of me already. Overall was in and out relatively quickly without a lot of hassle, which being out of town and state and having tricare as insurance tends to have complications, but was handled well by reception and the online sign in portal

I was super impressed! Their paperwork was quick and easy. The chairs were wide enough to fit in comfortably. Staff was very friendly. Treatment was prompt and already feel a lot better. I was in and out in record time! Did I tell you how silos the paperwork was to complete on your phone? Not 4-8 pages of repetitive signatures!! Awesome all around!!! A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
