Went in for a cough and sore throat, everyone was very nice and helpful. My only issue is the xray machine would not boot up, which was not the staffs issue that was an equipment issue. I would recommend Physicians Care to anyone

Excellent experience at this location. All off the staff were very friendly and masked. My doctor's visit was detailed and was very thoughtful. I left with a clear understanding of my treatment and next steps to take. I'm very grateful for their kindness. The online check in is a great feature and very easy to use. I hope not to be back soon, but very happy they're close by when needed.

The last-minute appointment scheduling was very easily and simplified however, my concern is due to a school physical, needing to be signed, and only a practitioner was on duty. We were not preliminary informed that our form would not be signed that same day. I could’ve chosen another alternative for a location or company that had a provider on staff to sign the form the same day Living an hour away. This is very critical, informing me of their process. I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
