I am never disappointed walking in this clinic. They are usually very fast and very caring. My son absolutely loves to come to this clinic! The staff and doctor always have a listening ear and I couldn’t ask for better people to care for my son!

I would highly recommend this clinic to others. The overall experience exceeded my expectations, and I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. I appreciated the empathy and professionalism of the staff during my visit. They made me feel comfortable and listened to my concerns. I had very bad infected burn that developed cellulitis in my leg. I didn't have insurance, but also did not want to wait at the ER, so I gave baptist health urgent care a shot. I called and they texted me link to quickly do my paperwork on my way to their clinic. The online booking system made the process quick and smooth. Wait time was under 5 minutes and the nurse's and nurse practitioner were amazing. They had to "scrub" my burn but the practitioner was gentle, patient and empathetic to any pain I would momentarily experience. Overall an amazing clinic. <3
