Brought my son in for lab work. Staff was very friendly however the girl drawing the labs might need some further education. She left the tourniquet on while trying to draw blood from 3 different veins. It should be common sense for a medical professional to understand if you cut off circulation on an extremity, the blood will not flow properly. This caused my son to be poked 3 different times. Very disappointed as I am a nurse practitioner. Would not recommend coming to this facility for lab draws.

Make sure to book ahead or avoid the trip and wait until doctor’s office opens. Brought my almost 2 year old in around 630pm after we removed a tick from her arm and didn’t get it all out. Knew we needed to try to get it out, get doxycycline, and have it tested. Left without the tick entirely out, pharmacy was closed, and didn’t get her in bed until 915pm.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
