Not a good experience. No staff at check in.  No clear method for check in, facility needs repair, understaffed.  I made an appointment, sat in waiting room for 30 min before realizing you have to call a number to actually check in- even though I “checked in” at front staff window.  Many unhappy patients in the waiting room.

Had an ingrown toe nail that had become infected. NP Kilel saw me and was very kind and helpful. She had me soak it to kill any bacteria and went ahead and removed the portion of the nail where the infection was and placed me on antibiotics. I was in a ton of pain for days before that, and she has relieved me of that pain. She was great!

I experienced a very efficient, kind and courteous visit from check-in to check- out! The front desk clerk, Nurse and Nurse Practioner, Jennifer, showed kindness and made me feel at ease as I was feeling very sick! Jennifer was awesome in diagnosing pneumonia quickly upon examination and prescribed the needed antibiotics. I would recommend this office! Awesome staff!!

Called for appointment - specifically noted that I needed a sinus/nasal swab taken to be cultured for bacterial infection, and was told that test was available. Got 1430 appt, arrived ontime. Called back to exam room at 1510, nurse took vitals and such. Finally seen by provider (NP or Dr - not sure which) around 1600. And was told that facility does not do nasal swabs for sending out to lab. Incredibly slow and frustrating experience.

Dr. was Great in getting my meds renewed as I came from Montreal and forgot my refills at the pharmacy there!! 👍👍💯💯

Arrived from out of town with bad case of poison ivy. I was able to preschedule a Sunday appointment, was seen prompltly by courteous staff, and received effective treatment. Very pleased, would recommend and would go again if needed.

Four hours just to be seen is a little ridiculous, I do understand each patient is important and needs dedicated time with the doctor - but perhaps there should be more staffing. After waiting 3 hours for an appointment it took almost an hour to be seen by a doctor.

Was the first and only patient there and still had to wait 30 minutes to be seen.  The doctor dismissed an issue as he walked in the door without even talking to me.
