          I love this urgent care. They have the best doctors. Only problem is the front desk lady and a few nurses come off as very stand-offish and rude. When I greeted the front desk receptionist she didn’t even look at me and talked to me with a condescending tone. That encounter alone turned me sour, but ultimately my mood was changed when I was greeted by the doctor who was very helpful, friendly and personal! Y’all have to teach your employees the importance of providing excellent customer service. This has been my experience the last 3 times I’ve been here with either the receptionist or the young blonde nurse. So as far as getting the help I needed and feeling welcomed and heard by the doctors? EXCELLENT service!

The wait was so fast, the staff was friendly and the doctor! I just love her! She came in talked to me we laughed and the visit was over! Sent me next door to get my meds!           On April 23, 2019 I was a patient at this Urgent Care and was treated by PA Beatrice. I was given the utmost professional care. After treatment, Beatrice encouraged me to go directly to the ER because my situation could have been life threatening. I was very sick, however I was fortunate my critical tests came out negative at the ER. Throughout the week Beatrice had called my to see how I was doing which I consider going above and beyond. Again, the employees at this Urgent Care were not just knowledgeable, but had a human side of truly caring for the patients. This gives me great confidence in Jackson about the health care at this Urgent Care facility.
