I've been to this facility 3 times for different reasons. Each time I received Excellent diagnosis and treatment each time.

Very thorough not much time waiting asked the right questions felt confident they too great care to my needs

Had kidney pain. Doctor took the time to discuss pro and cons of treatment.  Staff was very friendly and helpful.  I would recommend this care provider.

Great place the staff is so pleasant and helpful they explained everything that was wrong from start to end thanks so much .The wait time was only a few minutes check in process was very easy.The doctor on staff went above and beyond. I drove 20 min just to go there because they treat everyone like family

Staff was amazing - Dr Megan was especially phenomenal and extremely helpful / caring. I wish I could plan my sporadic urgent care visits around her schedule!

I'm here from out of town and my chest cold progressed into bronchitis, I wasn't sure how the urgent cares were in this area but I heard great things about Carbon Health. Was able to book online and when I arrived the front desk staff were very kind and knowledgable about my insurance. Was called right back and seen very quickly. Even got x-rays (the x-ray tech was also amazing). Appointment was at 2pm, and I was out the door by 3pm. Highly recommend!!!
