My son woke up with a bad cough and his pediatrician couldn’t see him for 3 days. Typically my son is afraid of doctors, but the provider today was AMAZING. He made the exam fun for my son and made this our most positive doctor experience. I would definitely recommend him to anyone with little ones.

Easy to schedule, they had a same day appt and I was able to book right at 9 am, staff and PA were SO nice, PA was informative and friendly, with great bedside manner and advice. My only opportunity area for this Urgent Care would be to reduce the wait time. It took 40 minutes before I even saw the PA from when I arrived with the 9 am appt. And all together I was there 1 hour and 30 minutes. PA was new and learning the ropes and computer systems, but this waiting time (with an appt) should look to be shortened in the future.

I went for obyn issue. They were great. They did a exam and test. All good. They were their to assure me that I'm ok and had nothing to worry about. They were very professional

Had kidney pain. Doctor took the time to discuss pro and cons of treatment.  Staff was very friendly and helpful.  I would recommend this care provider.

I'm here from out of town and my chest cold progressed into bronchitis, I wasn't sure how the urgent cares were in this area but I heard great things about Carbon Health. Was able to book online and when I arrived the front desk staff were very kind and knowledgable about my insurance. Was called right back and seen very quickly. Even got x-rays (the x-ray tech was also amazing). Appointment was at 2pm, and I was out the door by 3pm. Highly recommend!!!

Our experience was awesome. Wait time was 5 mins. Staff was courteous and very friendly.

Our family was stressed about the need to be tested for COVID-19 and from the time we walked into PM Pediatrics we knew we were in great hands. Highly recommended!

They Should Have A Better Way To Ask (Why Your Here) Without The Whole Building Knowing… As A Women If It’s Something Personal I Don’t Need The People In The Waiting Area Knowing… Other Than That…. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️  Very Friendly Nice, The Guy At The Front Is Amazing My Doctor Was Amazing and So Helpful and Really Showed She Cared About Me….

Over all it was good smooth and sweet I was about 10 minutes late to my appointment but they still seen me. Who ever the young lady that was my MA was super helpful and got me my PPD print out to me even though it was busy and the systems seem to have been messing up.

I love coming here my favorite office they are quick and the staff is awesome they treated me with so much care like always and they treated my daughter with care it was her first time I will always come here
