This is my new favorite place! Each Staff member is extremely caring , loving & welcoming to both children & parents! Cleanliness in the entire facility is amazing! Wait time is so short which I absolutely love because no one likes waiting hours to be seen right?! Super convenient! It was our first time & I will definitely recommend 100% & just impressively amazing!

Very satisfied with my son's visit. I know we are in different ti.es now (covid) but they actually did a real assessment on my son. I know at times a virtual assessment is ok, but sometimes you just need your kid checked out appropriately. They are doing their jobs as nurses and nurse practitioners, not using the virus as an excuse not to provide real, actual care.

Billing is the number one problem with this place. More than a few times we have paid our copay and still receive a bill for the copay 2 months later. I have had to call them each time to fix it. The last time we took my child in the summer during Covid, so was told they would just bill us so was touchless check-in. OK, but my credit card must have been in their system because they charged it on the same day of service, and then we still received a bill for the same amount. I was about to pay it but decided to look on my credit card statement to realize it was already paid. The last time this happened they blamed it on Covid because the billing error was about a month or two after the pandemic started. Now it has happened again and the date of billing is 8 months after it started. Can't blame it on that, it has happened a few times in the past years as well.

I received a VM regarding my daughters test results and tried to call back to get them and they were under staffed. I was told they only had two people on staff and I would receive a call later. I tried to call back at 2:00 in the afternoon and then I was transferred to someone no answer. Clearly her tested results are not their concern. I still have no clue what her results are!
