DO NOT BOOK THIS FOR A COVID TEST!!!!! I used this service to book a COVID test that was required for me to return to school. I am an adult, but nothing on this site said I couldn't book through here for the test, and I had been tested previously at a pediatric urgent care so didn't think anything of it. I arrived at the same time as another adult (a teacher trying to be cleared to be in the classroom), and we were told that, even with confirmed online appointments, adults were not able to get a test. Apparently adults are supposed to book a virtual visit online and then would be able to get a test, however there were no virtual appointments available for days. The location had no other patients, and the staff was inflexible and unable to accommodate either of us even though we had pressing deadlines. I ended up going elsewhere and paying out of pocket for an expensive test to have my results in time. I will not be using the Solv service again in the future, and I would not recommend this Urgent Care for Kids location.

Had a telemedicine appointment, was told I could get a Covid test had an appointment made and was cancelled after waiting 45 minutes because I had a prior symptom I was no longer experiencing. Very inconvenient. Just needed a COVID test to clear myself for work and couldn’t even do that.

IF I COULD NO STARS, WAITED SO LONG AFTER CHECK IN AND COMPLETELY GOT SKIPPED THEN WHEN CONFRONTED LIED TO FACE.THEY NEED NEW PEOPLE THAT WILL BE TRUSTWORTHY AND COMPASSIONATE.
