Staff was very polite and friendly. Kept checking on me once I was in the exam room. Actually asked if I would like some water. Five stars, great attitudes all around, thank you

All staff were so friendly and kind. No waiting and they got me in and out in 10 minutes. They also took my Kaiser insurance saving me a 4 hour trip to the emergency/urgent care at the Kaiser facility.

The staff was friendly and the doc was great. I would definitely will go back again.

So amazing these caring souls that work here! I came in last minute with my daughter and in the kerfuffle of illness and getting her there on time we forgot her ID. The appointment I had originally was at 6:30 and they close at 7. We didn’t get back there with the ID until 6:50. The angel at the front desk called me to see if I was still coming! They helped us thoroughly, thoughtfully and with incredible kindness. Thank you immensely.

Scheduling was easy. The Nurse Practitioner was awesome, and spent time with me. I got what I needed for a nasty UTI, and on a Saturday to boot. So grateful.

This is my second time here and the staff is soo kind. The office is clean and beautiful and wait time was quick. My favorite part is the staff. They are very very kind and informative with what is going on. I'll forever be using this location

This was a great place. Everyone was very nice and caring. We Loved that there was an X-ray tech and machine onsite. Is definitely recommend as well as go back if I ever need to.

In a word - wonderful! We love PM Pediatrics and were blown away by the staff's care and genuine concern for our child, beautiful office and convenient hours. There was barely a wait, too! Went it as a walk in for twisted ankle first time here staff was amazing very professional helpful. Doctors were very caring knowledgeable. Newport Urgent care is the best.

I was very disappointed on the Dr who l got. She did not do much. I came in with an eye infection. She just checked my eye with the eye light but did not wear any gloves. She said l could use same oitment l got for my other eye. I asked if she can prescribe me some eye drops. She said ok and said l was done.  So l asked if she can clean my eye & she made a face said l needed to wait because room was been used. I waited couple of minutes then a nurse came to take me and she did the cleaning on my eye, told me she was going to go get the provitor to come check me and do more cleaning l said okay. But waited about 10 minutes then Dr. walked in just to dismissed me. She did not checked me again or clean my eye.  I would not recommend this Dr.

Super easy to schedule. Checking in was just as easy. The staff was super nice and very helpful. The Dr was very caring and answered an my questions. I would totally recommend this clinic
