What a wonderful experience.  It’s such a clean and organized experience.  From the front desk to the check up.  So professional and trustworthy.  I came in after going to Exer in Sherman Oaks.  My experience at Exer was fine until the doctor, he was arrogant, rude and impatient.  He also diagnosed me incorrectly.  The nurse was amazing but the doctor and his mistakes lead me here.  I am very pleased with the level of care and the professionalism.  I will absolutely return and would recommend to my family and friends.

I fell 2 days ago and landed on my right side. I nursed myself for a couple days and then decided I probably needed x-rays. I went to the Carbon Health on VanNuys Blvd in Sherman Oaks, CA. I have been there before and it was and is SO easy! I made a same day appointment online and got right in. The staff was wonderful: attentive, knowledgeable, upbeat, and professional. That particular sight doesn’t have x-ray machines so they referred me to their location in North Hollywood. Same situation! The office is clean and the staff is great! I would recommend the Sherman Oaks or Noho Valley offices to anyone who needs medical care, whether immediate or just needing an exam for something minor like a head cold. They’re quick, clean, knowledgeable, professional, and easily accessible.
