This was my very first experience with an urgent care facility. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the staff. I only waited about 10 minutes.

The physician I saw was probably the only good part about this experience. I don't expect people to be overly friendly or smiling while at work but the front desk employee was not helpful or pleasant in anyone. When I arrived she asked me to take a seat and said she'd be with me and I sat there waiting for 10 minutes before I was acknowledged. I was seen and told they were sending my prescription to a pharmacy nearby. When I got to the pharmacy, they said they hadn't received my order?! I tried to contact the clinic and no one answered so I had to drive back to the clinic. When I got there the front desk person said "oh your order won't be in for another hour or so until the physician finishes up". That is totally fine if that is the case however, letting me walk out of the clinic without providing the info the first time is incredibly inconsiderate of my time, unprofessional, and sloppy. IT was the middle of the work day and I wasted at least 30-45 minutes waiting in line, finding out they didn't have my order, trying to contact the clinic, and driving back ONLY to have to drive back to the pharmacy later. Please do better.

Staff wasn’t friendly. She was thrown off f I showed up 20 early for me appointment. Then she said it would be $200 for the Covid test. I kindly asked her to cancel my 2 appointments and went somewhere else.

Didn’t get to be seen at all. Would be great if you all took multiple insurances or have it online to where I can see if you all accept it or not.

Wouldn’t even see me. Wouldn’t attempt to take my insurance.
