I went in for a COVID test- that’s all I needed. I showed up early for my appointment yet multiple people were checked in and seen before me even though they mentioned their appointment time was later. I was seen thirty minutes after my appointment time and still no COVID test. The primary physician came in and asked if I would like to be tested…that’s why I schedule the appointment??? The person at the front desk had put down “cold and flu”. Ridiculous. Once I said that’s the reason I made the appointment I was swabbed in five seconds and left. The facility was clean and the staff was friendly, but truly I didn’t care for the run around and a $35 copay for something I could’ve gotten done for free.

Took my son in for a possible sprained wrist. Made an appt online - 3rd party site with a confirmation email. Appt was not received by Carbon- they should not be on that site! Not a big deal, reception checked us in but X-Ray machine not working. Had to take my son to another facility. Waste of time
