I came into Dr. Care with a migraine and extreme vomiting. Neicole Black, P.A. And her staff were extremely compassionate and provided excellent care for me. She assessed my condition and quickly had her nurse give me meds and a shot to relieve the headache. They had me up and going again in less than an hour. I will continue to use Dr. Care if I need medical attention. . A trip to the ER would have cost me considerably more and the wait time would have been hours. Thank you Dr. Care on Hoffmeyer Road. The lady at the front was very pleasant and professional, like she enjoyed what she did. I didn’t have to wait long. Dr. Gold was very helpful and took the time to answer my questions.

went in Saturday with a bad chest cold, congestion and chronic cough. was seen in a timely manner even though they were very busy. less than 30 minutes. the receptionist was very nice and even offered me a bottle of water when I had a coughing fit. the doc was very thorough and answered all of my questions and prescribed the meds and offered me great advice on taking care of this crud. I have been to this facility in the past and also recently and have had wonderful experiences! This.past time I had a little bit of a wait but I did not sign in ahead and I think that would’ve improved matters. The care I received took care of my problem and they even called to check on me TWICE! The doctor was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend Doctors Care Walk-In in Little River, SC.

My first visit to Doctor's Care, E. Butler Rd., Mauldin, SC was a good one. The facility is very clean, the staff very professional and the doctor was personable as well as extremely competent. I would recommend this facility to any of my family and acquaintances.
